The very recent and ongoing hype around Artifical Intelligence has brought about questions on what constitutes art, who gets to be an artist, what is creativity and so on and so fort. Unfortunately this hyped “discourse” - if it can be called such - is one that hasn’t really brought any new insight while the actual questions that need to be discussed lie untouched. The biggest effort seems to be the one to redefine what art is.
